The branch “Jetcarrier Solutions AS” was first established as “Swiss Post International AS” in 2011. Subsequently, in 2012 the company became part of Asendia SAS, as a part of the merger between the international division of La Poste (the French postal service) and Swiss Post International, and from that the company was known as: Asendia Norway AS.

In January 2023, Jetcarrier AS acquired ownership of Asendia Norway AS and subsequently rebranded the company as Jetcarrier Solutions AS.
